Durango Film Festival Days 3, 4, 5 & 6

Hello All,
JP here... After reading Don's and Jason's blog posts from day 1 & 2 of the festival, we of course attempted to call Don several times to alert him to the fact that he and Jason had inadvertently travelled to the wrong Durango...
Unfortunately, our calls went straight to voicemail, a sure sign that Don's phone was either turned off, out of power, or out of service range. And with no futher blog posts from Don or Jason on the Durango B-side website (perhaps they were having laptop issues as well..?) and no communication from them over the following 3 days, we could only hope that they had discovered their error for themselves and were en-route to the correct Durango, in Colorado, and we tried to convince ourselves that surely this must be the case... that is until we got a call from Anita late last night. She was pretty keyed up and distressed over a voicemail she'd received regarding Jason and Don's whereabouts, and she was at a loss about what to do next. I asked her to forward the voicemail to me so I could help try to make sense of it. And now, in hindsight, considering that we are talking about Don Wimmer, I guess it should've been no surprise. I've posted the voicemail here for your listening pleasure...
After contacting the authorities in Texas and wiring the requisite cash, Don & Jason were placed on a bus headed for Los Angeles, which means they should be home in about 37 hours... give or take an hour or so.
Check back here for more film festival blogging fun when Dropping In: The True Story of Don Wimmer screens at The 2009 Method Fest on March 29th in nearby Calabasas California. Close enough to Wimmer HQ that Don and Jason could even skate there.
Thanks for your support!
